Komatsu's RASOR™ 5x10 Fine Plasma Cutting Systems are available with 40, 90, and 120 Amp high definition plasma units. The 40 amp Model KCR 0451 cuts mild steel plate up to 0.250" (0.6 mm) and the 120 amp Model KCR 1251 with a 5' x 10' cutting table cuts mild steel plate up to 1.00" (25.4 mm), aluminum up to 3/4" (19 mm) and stainless up to 3/4" (19 mm).

KCT continues to offer service, support, consumable and spare part sales for these machines. Used and factory rebuilt and recertified models of these machines are sometimes available.

A Factory Rebuilt and Recertified Rasor 5 x 10 with 90 Amp Komatsu Fine Plasma is Available NOW! This machine can be configured with a G9120 120 Amp Fine Plasma in place of the G990 90 Amp if desired.

For a new machine, consider the Komatsu Twister TFP3051 5 x 10 of TFP3062 6 x 12 with 30 kW Fine Plasma (150 Amp). They features many technology enhancements to improve productivity and part quality.

RASOR™ Server for Windows
The new Rasor Server software provides integration of your Rasor Cutting machines with existing CAD/CAM system (post processor to be provided by the CAD/CAM supplier). This file server stores nested plate files, communicates with machine controller and stores laser positioning data for up to 10 machines. Add the Rasor Nest and PathMaster software for a complete CAM system for you Rasor Machines.
